SF Chefs 2011 – Located in San Francisco, California and held on August 5-7, 2011 – was the 3rd annual event of this 6,000-person, three-day, food and wine celebration of the unique flavors, diversity and bounty of Northern California.
Designed to compete with other national culinary experiences like the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Miami’s South Beach Wine & Food Festival, New York City Wine & Food Festival, Pebble Beach Food & Wine, etc., SF Chefs 2011 offered experiences for locals, nationals and internationals. The program partnered with hotels and hospitality organizations to ensure a full and rich, weekend-long experience.
The event was created by the Golden Gate Restaurant Association to promote San Francisco as the center of culinary innovation and to draw national gourmand attention back to the Bay Area. Our events agency and production team handled the event production and event logistics for all programs that fell within the weekend long festivities.
